As Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Underwriting Counsel, Christine has provided strategic leadership and extensive industry insight to Magnum. She offers decades of experience in the title and real estate sectors, positioning the firm as a trusted partner on sophisticated transactions.

Throughout her distinguished career in the title industry, she has provided invaluable counsel to attorneys, large institutional lenders, real estate developers, and investors on complex title transactions. Her expertise spans multi-state and international matters, encompassing all aspects of commercial real estate disposition and financing, mezzanine financing, equity participations, and construction lending. Christine and her team have successfully managed major complex transactions across the United States, Latin America and Europe, developing a comprehensive understanding of title and real estate law both domestically and internationally.
Before founding Magnum, Christine held senior transactional roles at prominent national title agencies, where she established and led their national transaction platforms from inception through growth.
Under Christine’s direction, Magnum has built a diverse and distinguished clientele that includes leading figures in the real estate industry nationwide. Her transaction history spans a wide array of asset classes, including professional sports facilities, retail centers, affordable housing developments, high-rise residential and mixed-use properties, and transportation infrastructure.
Christine is a member of the New York State Bar and is actively involved in various professional service organizations including the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association, the Association of Real Estate Women and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
Christine is also the Founder and Board President of The Mary Johns Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring legacy through compassionate community support. She provides strategic leadership, governance oversight and mission stewardship to advance the Foundation’s charitable impact.
Cassy brings more than 20 years of title operations and title production leadership to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Magnum. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, leading nationwide title processing teams and supporting the company’s network of partners to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery for clients across the country. Her focus is on building efficient, scalable processes that protect quality while strengthening the customer experience.

Cassy-Anne’s real estate and legal career spans nearly three decades. Early exposure to the industry sparked a lasting interest in the field and led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Marist College. After graduating in 2002, she launched her career in title insurance and title research.
Cassy-Anne has gained hands-on experience across every major function within title production, including title and municipal examining, escrow maintenance, title closing, post-closing and title software administration. This comprehensive perspective makes her a practical, solutions-oriented operator who can diagnose inefficiencies quickly and implement lasting improvements. Known for her attention to detail, commitment to operational excellence, and service-first mindset, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex transactions with confidence. She is also passionate about developing and maintaining strong working relationships that support long-term partnerships and growth.
Outside of the office, Cassy-Anne is an active member of the Nassau/Suffolk Autism Society of America and an Autism community member dedicated to advocating for children like her young son, Jonathan, and their parents.
